By accessing or using UltiGameMate ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

UltiGameMate is a free fantasy football game where players predict exciting Premier League matches. The Service is provided for entertainment purposes only.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

User Accounts

• You must sign in with a valid Google account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You may not share your account or use another person's account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to exploit bugs or manipulate the game
• Use automated tools or bots
• Harass other users or engage in abusive behavior
• Create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantage

Intellectual Property

The Service and its content (excluding Premier League trademarks) are owned by Cita d.o.o. company. Premier League and club logos are trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

No Gambling

UltiGameMate is a free game with no real-money prizes or gambling elements. Points and rankings are for entertainment only.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cita d.o.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice.
